Las Vegas Drywall Repair Professionals – About Us
We Started Las Vegas Drywall Repair Because Patches Kept Getting Rushed
Too many drywall repairs in Las Vegas get patched over instead of properly fixed. A hole gets covered instead of backed with a real drywall backer plate. A crack gets filled instead of traced to its cause. A water stain gets painted over instead of opened up and rebuilt. We started this Las Vegas drywall repair service to do every job the other way, properly, every time.
What We Do
We provide drywall repair service for homeowners and businesses across Las Vegas, Nevada, including hole repair, crack repair, water damage repair, patching and mudding, and texture matching, so every wall looks untouched once we’re done.

See What “Fixed Right” Actually Looks Like
A real hole, patched, backed, taped, and texture matched to blend into your Las Vegas home, start to finish. No stock footage, just the actual work.
Our Work in Las Vegas
A patch is only as good as how invisible it is once the paint dries. Here’s real drywall repair work we’ve completed for homeowners across Las Vegas, from Henderson to Summerlin.
About MV Drywall Repair Service
MV Drywall Repair Service is a Las Vegas-based drywall repair company founded and operated by Michael E Kelly. With 7 years of hands-on experience repairing drywall throughout the Las Vegas Valley, we specialize in the specific conditions that Las Vegas homes present: desert heat, thermal cycling, monsoon water damage, and the texture matching challenges that come with older stucco and drywall construction in Nevada.
Meet the Owner: Michael E Kelly
Michael E Kelly started MV Drywall Repair Service after spending years learning the trade from the ground up in Las Vegas. He saw that too many homeowners were getting poor repairs — visible patches, mismatched textures, and contractors who used the wrong materials. His goal from day one has been to do the repair right the first time: proper substrate, correct drywall type, three-coat finishing, texture match, and PVA primer before handoff.
Daniel is on every job. When you call MV Drywall Repair Service, you get Daniel — not a subcontractor or an apprentice. He does the assessment, the patch, the finish, and the texture match himself. That’s the difference between a visible patch and an invisible one.
7 Years in Las Vegas
Seven years working in Las Vegas has taught us things about drywall that you only learn from being here. We know that garage-to-house fire walls must be 5/8 inch Type X drywall under Nevada Residential Code — and we check every time. We know that joint compound dries differently in 115-degree summer heat versus 45-degree winter nights, and we adjust our techniques accordingly. We know that Las Vegas hard water corrodes pipes faster, which means bathroom drywall water damage is more common here than in most US cities.
We have repaired drywall in every neighborhood in Las Vegas: Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Enterprise, Paradise, the Strip corridor, and the older neighborhoods near downtown. We know the construction eras, the common issues in each area, and the right approach for each.
Licensed and Insured in Nevada
MV Drywall Repair Service is fully licensed and insured in the state of Nevada. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage on every job. This protects your property and any workers on your property. We provide a certificate of insurance on request before any work begins.
Working with an unlicensed contractor for drywall repair in Nevada creates real risk: no recourse if the work is poor, no bond coverage for property damage, and potential liability for you if a worker is injured. We are fully compliant so you don’t have to worry about any of this.
Same-Day Drywall Repair in Las Vegas
We offer same-day drywall repair for most small to medium jobs throughout Las Vegas. Call before noon at (725) 337-6885 and we can typically schedule same-day service. We know that a hole in a wall before guests arrive, or a repair needed before a tenant moves in, can’t wait a week. Same-day availability is part of how we operate.

Our Process
Every job starts with an assessment. We check moisture levels, identify the cause of the damage, and determine the right material for the repair location. Then we give you a written estimate — not a verbal quote — that describes exactly what we will do and what it will cost. No surprises.
The repair itself follows the correct sequence: remove all damaged material, treat framing if needed, install the correct drywall type, tape, apply three coats of compound, sand, apply PVA primer, and texture match the surrounding wall. We don’t skip steps. Skipping the primer coat is the most common reason drywall patches are visible after painting. We prime every patch.
Service Area
We serve all of Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Valley, including Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Enterprise, Paradise, Boulder City, and surrounding areas of Clark County, NV.
